Coastal lux with a soulful vibe, Soul Beach House is a recently renovated home specifically designed for family and friends to kick off their shoes, slow down, relax and live like a Sunny Coast local with all the conveniences at your door-step. This home comfortably sleeps 6 people across 3 bedrooms, with all the trimmings you would expect from a lux getaway, including gorgeous linen and natural body and hair products to indulge.

As soon as you enter the front door you will know you have found something special to share with your loved ones, with inspiring global treasures in every corner and calming greenery throughout. A free-flowing layout that blurs the boundary between inside and out. From long afternoons lounging in the super comfy lounge, or wine and cheese on the timber deck surrounded

by tropical gardens and Alex Forest backdrop. Come home from the beach or bike ride and relax under the indulgent outside copper shower. Or soak up the Sunshine Coast weather all year round with the kids playing in the full fenced grassed backyard. A perfect beachside lux getaway to indulge and get relaxed or get active……..the choice is yours!!

Note: This is a dual living property comprising of two dwellings: Soul Beach House available here for holiday stay, plus a 1 bedroom unit accessible by separate gated access with it’s own designated car park, occupied by a very quiet, friendly and private permanent resident who is extremely courteous of our valued guests.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with everything you need for an easy holiday getaway, including dishwasher, microwave, pod coffee machine, right down to the serving platters to entertain like a Coast local. For your convenience, the pantry is stocked with a range of tea’s, coffee, and sugar plus the everyday basics such as salt, pepper, cooking oil, cooking spray, foils and plastic wrap, etc.

Dining: Open plan dining and living, with 6 seater round timber dining table for relaxed entertaining.

Lounge: Smart TV with Wi-Fi allowing you to watch multimedia content using your own accounts to log into to your favourite services including Netflix, Spotify, etc. Kayo Sports is provided free for your fix of live streaming sports from Fox Sports, ESPN etc.  A bluetooth speaker allows you to relax and enjoy the music you bring with you. Unplug with a selection of books, magazines, and classic games.

Bathroom: Bathroom essentials, plus lux venetian plastered walls and quality fittings and fixture throughout, create the day-spa feel for your pleasure.

Utilities: Washer, dryer, full size clothesline and ironing facilities makes for a true home away from home.

Temperature Control: Air conditioning throughout for cooling & heating, plus ceiling fans in bedrooms and lounge to enhance the sea breezes flowing through the extensive sliding doors, louvers and banks of windows.

WiFi/NBN: Free unlimited NBN WiFi access to stay connected throughout your stay.

Accessibility: Wide level glass sliding doors with level threshold to the living, dining, kitchen and alfresco, allows for wheel chair accessibility to the ground level of the house, ensuring everyone is welcome. (Please note there is no accessible bathroom or bedroom on this level).

Bed Linen: Pure cotton hotel quality bedding plus vintage washed French linen welcomes you in the bedrooms, while fresh bathroom and beach towels are ready and waiting.

Alfresco: Fully covered large alfresco area with outdoor dining and relaxed lounging, plus electric BBQ for easy holiday entertaining.

Parking: Off-street undercover carport parking for 2 vehicles (2.1m max height) is offered exclusive to our guests and is separate to the designated car park utilized by the unit tenant.

Back Yard: Fully fenced grassed and landscaped private rear yard with gated side access so you can come home from the beach, a surf, a ride, or a run, drop off your board or bike and jump straight under the outdoor shower with soothing rain head, lovingly hand forged from copper by a local artisan, specifically for Soul Beach House… and your pleasure.

Neighbourhood: A safe and friendly neighbourhood where locals stroll past on their way to the end of the street to the beach, the local cafes, restaurants, grocery, bar, parkland and much more. Plus a bus stop is 300m flat easy stroll away and Courtesy buses will call to your doorstep for the local Surf Clubs.
