Coastal lux with a soulful vibe, Soul Beach House is a beautifully renovated home specifically designed for family and friends to kick off their shoes, slow down, relax and live like a Sunny Coast local with all the conveniences at your door-step. This home comfortably sleeps 6 people across 3 bedrooms, with all the trimmings you would expect from a lux getaway, including gorgeous linen and natural body and hair products to indulge.
As soon as you enter the front door you will know you have found something special to share with your loved ones, with inspiring global treasures in every corner and calming greenery throughout. Share the raw imperfect beauty of the private collection of global artefacts and treasures lovingly curated for your pleasure by the owners. A free-flowing layout that blurs the boundary between inside and out. From long afternoons lounging in the super comfy lounge, or daybed pavillion, dips in the magnesium plunge pool, or wine and cheese on the timber deck surrounded by tropical gardens and Alex Forest backdrop.
Come home from the beach or bike ride and relax under the indulgent outside copper shower. Or soak up the Sunshine Coast weather all year round in the full fenced grassed backyard. A perfect beachside lux getaway to indulge and get relaxed or get active…..the choice is yours!!

1. This is a dual living property comprising of two dwellings available here for holiday stays: Soul Beach House (3 bedrooms) as outlined above & Soul Beach Bungalow, a 1 bedroom lux unit accessible by separate gated access and it’s own designated car park. Based on availability, Soul Beach Bungalow and Soul Beach House could be booked together for the extended family of up to 8 guests.

INSIDE
Kitchen: Fully equipped with everything you need for an easy holiday getaway, including dishwasher, microwave, pod coffee machine, blender, jug and toastie, right down to the serving platters to entertain like a Coast local. Even the toaster has been selected to maximise your experience – think toasted bagels and specialty breads, fresh from the French Patisserie at the end of the street. For your convenience, the pantry is stocked with a range of tea’s, coffee, and sugar, plus the everyday basics such as salt, pepper, cooking oil, cooking spray, foils and plastic wrap, etc. If you are staying a few days please check out the pantry before you shop, as you are welcome to use what we provide and what is there.
Dining: Open plan dining and living, with 6 seater round timber dining table for relaxed entertaining.
Lounge: Smart TV with Wi-Fi, plus FREE Netflix means you will be spoilt for choice. A small bluetooth speaker allows you to relax and enjoy the music you bring with you. Unplug with a gorgeous selection of books, magazines, and classic games, provided for your pleasure.
Bathroom: Bathroom essentials, plus lux venetian plastered and microcement walls, raw marble vanity consoles and quality fittings and fixture throughout, create the day-spa feel for your pleasure.
Bed Linen: Pure cotton hotel quality bedding plus vintage washed French linen welcomes you in the bedrooms, while fresh bathroom and beach towels are ready and waiting.
Utilities: Washer, dryer, full size clothesline and ironing facilities makes for a true home away from home.
Temperature Control: Air conditioning throughout for cooling & heating, plus ceiling fans throughout to enhance the sea breezes flowing through the extensive sliding doors, louvers and banks of windows. Being constructed from materials that are naturally insulated, means the home maintains a lovely constant temperature all year round.
WiFi/NBN: Free unlimited NBN WiFi access to stay connected throughout your stay.
Accessibility: Wide level glass sliding doors with level threshold to the living, dining, kitchen and alfresco, allows for wheel chair accessibility to the ground level of the house, ensuring everyone is welcome. (Please note there is no accessible bathroom or bedroom on this level).
Children: Please note that this property is not suitable for infants or children under 5 years old, owing to the dual living nature of the property with Soul Beach Bungalow next door.
OUTSIDE
Alfresco: Fully covered large alfresco area with outdoor dining and relaxed lounging, plus gas BBQ for easy holiday entertaining.
Plunge Pool and Pavillion: Magnesium plunge pool with gentle spa jets on timer and heating in winter for your year-round enjoyment. Plunge pool heating set at 29°C – please note this is not a hot tub. Poolside pavillion with daybed for maximum lounging.
Back Yard: Your own private magnesium plunge pool and day bed pavillion in the fully-fenced grassed and tropical landscaped private rear yard backing on to bushland. Gated side access so you can come home from the beach, a surf, a ride, or a run, drop off your board or bike and jump straight under the private outdoor shower with soothing rain head, lovingly hand forged from copper by a local artisan, specifically for Soul Beach House… and your pleasure.
Parking: Off-street undercover carport parking for 2 vehicles (2.1m max height) is offered exclusive to our House guests and is separate to the designated car park and garage allocated to Soul Beach Bungalow guests.
Neighbourhood: A safe and friendly neighbourhood where locals stroll past on their way to the end of the street to the beach, the local cafes, restaurants, grocery, bar, parkland and much more. A 415m flat stroll from your front door will have you with a barrister-made coffee in one hand, a fresh-baked pastry in the other and your toes in the sand.
Transport: A bus stop is 300m flat easy stroll away and Courtesy buses will call to your doorstep for the Alex, Mooloolaba and Maroochydore Surf Clubs. Or grab an e-scooter or e-bike for hire at the end of our street and have fun exploring the area.
